After preliminary meetings with the client, National Capital will identify and evaluate potential courses of action and present our recommendations to the client with the ultimate goal of establishing a mutual understanding and agreement as to the appropriate course of action.
For many executives, the transaction process can be confusing, complex, and demanding. Requests for information, due diligence visits and intensive negotiations create major disruptions to normal business operations. To minimize these distractions, National Capital will maintain direct involvement throughout the execution of the transaction, with a goal of insulating the client from transaction risks without isolating the client from the transaction process.
